A calming therapeutic massage focusing on the build-up of stress & muscle tension in all areas of the back, shoulders and neck finishing with work to release tension across the chest, head and face.

As well as incorporating advanced techniques to work deeper into knotted muscles & mobilisations of joints, this nurturing massage encourages relaxation, improve circulation, help develop better sleep, relief from worry and ease ailments such as tension headaches. 

It is particularly beneficial for those holding worries & stress within this common area of their bodies. As well as those who either work on their feet all day or spend a large amount of time sitting at a desk, at home or in the office
